Having missed out on my motorcycle of choice from a local dealer - a Honda St1300, I managed to find an alternative at Moto44. A call to Richard provided all the information I needed. I was about to embark on an 8 hour round tript to look at the bike but the range of high quality photos on the website was as close to actually walking around the bike. Richard had outlined the bike history so I decided to abandon making the trip and just go for it ! The cost of transporting the bike was fair, considering the cost of getting there, even though Richard offered to pick me up from the train station if I chose to make my way down personally. I'd enough in my diary that week so decided to have it shipped up. My initial phone call was mid morning and the bike was collected the very same day. In around 24 hours from the initial phone call, the bike was parked up in my garage. Luckily, all the pegs dropped in the correct holes in terms of transport availability by 'Move my Bike' (a big shout out to Chris & Liam). A smooth transaction and regular updates as to how the sale was progressing. Details of the V5 transfer were sent via text and all the paperwork (every single service, purchase, add-on and MOTs) was sent with the bike. I cannot fault any part of the experience. The bike was as described and I look forward to many happy miles to motorcycling. If anyone has any doubts about Moto44, don't worry.
